Landlord only. Sign in with Google to use this page. Only the landlord’s Google account is allowed; anyone else is turned away.

Manual switch: leave it ON for automatic open/close by vacancy (a home marked Available opens the form, all homes Rented closes it). Turn it OFF only to force the form closed even when a home is available — for example, to pause applications while a home is not ready yet.

Waitlist: when ON, the form stays open for waitlist sign-ups even when no home is available. When OFF, the form closes automatically as soon as every home is Rented.

Properties (landing page)

Homes listed here appear on the landing page. Mark a home “Available” and it shows an Apply button; mark all homes “Rented” and the landing page shows “No homes currently available” and the application form closes automatically (unless waitlist is on). No tenant names or contact details are ever shown on the landing page.

Add a home

“Available from” is optional: it is the earliest move-in date, shown on the landing page only when the home is Available. It does not automatically open or close the form on that date.
